Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350F 175C
Grease and flour a 9x9-inch baking pan
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter
Stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined
Add cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder to the mixture
Stir until smooth
In a separate bowl, mix peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth
Spread half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan
Dollop half of the peanut butter cheesecake mixture on top
Repeat with the remaining brownie batter and peanut butter cheesecake mixture
Using a knife, gently swirl the peanut butter cheesecake mixture into the brownie batter to create a marbled effect
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan before slicing and serving
