These Frozen Blueberry Yogurt Popsicles are a refreshing treat perfect for hot summer days. Made with simple ingredients, they're vegan-friendly and bursting with fruity flavor.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups frozen blueberries
- 2 cups vegan yogurt
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
Put frozen blueberries, vegan yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a blender
Mix everything together until it's smooth
Put the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving some room at the top for them to rise
Place a popsicle stick in each mold
It needs to be frozen for at least 4 hours or until it is solid
Run molds under warm water for a short time to get popsicles out
